Our ”Coming 2-year old” Girls aka "the Ohio Girls", aka the "College Girls" (registered AHCA heifers) are now down to a Duo since Ruby has moved to her new farm in Noblesville.

Did you know?  Monroe is named for Marilyn Monroe because she is technically "blonde" or a yellow highland.
Grace is named for Grace Gifford Plunkett, a 20th-century artist, activist, and republican who married Joseph Mary Plunkett in Kilmainham Gaol hours before his execution for the Easter Rising... but mainly because it is a grand love story! and an awesome Celtic love song (even Rod Stewart sings a version!).

BOTH the gorgeous Monroe, the winner of a 3rd place ribbon in her heifer class at the Indiana State Fair in 2024... because she IS that gorgeous..., AND her sweet-tempered, huggable, snuggable sister Gracie are now bred back by our AHCA silver bull, Finnegan and will be our FIRST EVER Remark-Able Ranch AHCA Scottish Highland MOMMAs of AHCA registered calves in the Spring of 2026
Who is excited to be a new Grandparent with me?

Our 2023 (Fall) Newborn Calves

Our first (Spring) calf of 2024!    Introducing, Annie!
Three hours after walking into the woods, momma-cow Cinnamon walks back out with
Annie, all cleaned off and walking by her side! She was born so close to Briana Ann's birthdate that we decided to name her Briana's childhood nickname: Annie!  We will retain Annie as part of our fold.

Remark-Able Ranch Alumnus - Always in our hearts, but no longer in our pastures

These beautiful calves have been re-homed.  We sure miss them but they are in wonderful new homes with families we are so happy to have met!
